NM - EDITO - Les deux questions politiquement essentielles que sont “Qui doit diriger l’UE?”, et “Comment ce pouvoir doit-il être organisé?” n’ont jamais été posées aux 500 millions de citoyens européens. Les classes politiques nationales, les eurocrates et les lobbies essayent de faire avaliser de force par les Européens leur propre réponse à ces deux questions sans avoir jamais organisé le moindre débat démocratique. PRAGUE POST - 04/06 - On May 20, the European Union announced proposals to reform its Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The EU agriculture minister said that Europe should provide its farmers with a safety net, not an easy chair.
